How AgriSheild Was Born in the Fields of Karnataka
The Problem That Sparked a Mission
Across rural Karnataka a growing problem has been silently affecting farmers year after year. Wild boars, monkeys, peacocks, and rodents regularly damage agricultural crops including maize, paddy, sugarcane, vegetables and plantation crops often right before harvest.
For many farmers this isn’t just a headache. It leads to heavy financial losses, uncertainty and in some cases debt.
Traditional solutions haven’t helped much either:

AgriSheild was founded in Shivamogga, Karnataka not in an office, but in the fields alongside farmers.
